But the promotion is faster in DSP. And more over people connection , family life, publicity , social status etc. are much better in dsp. A dsp can become IG level if he join at below 25 year. I have seen it. But it's almost impossible to reach IG level in Capf. Hardly one can reach DIG level. I have seen this from my seniors. Many people say or write wrong information in quora saying capf ac can reach till ADG. It's a blatant lie. Not even in dream. Even most of the IRPFS officer retired at IG level. In Railway protection force all the ADG and DGs are IPS. And so is in CAPF all the IG, ADG and DG are IPS. This is truth.

Samjho jitna asan dilkhta hai utna asan nhi hai... IPS officers are always above than CAPF officers... In everything like power, perks... Waise bhi CAPF home ministry ke under aata hai... Ek Senior most IPS officer ke pass bahut jyada experience hota hai... Unke pass quick and right decision lene ki capabilty hota hai.... Ek IPS officer DeSh ke ander ke matters ko acche se handle kr sakta hai....

Instead of joining AC in Capf better go for state service...even a clerk job in state is far better than AC....no family life...boring .. monotonous....no permotion....
