I’ve had majority of my holdings in tech stocks making about 65% of my $800k portfolio and I've done pretty well, especially with Apple’s P/E (price to earnings ratio) but with much uncertainty now, my question is what stocks can be the next APPL in terms of growth for the next decade?

Texas has spent a fortune on attracting company home offices. Most of those companies only have a Texas home office, based on low tax zones, paid for with oil taxes and cheap labor.

In 1978, a young man brought his Uncle to a job interview for Eastern Airlines. 50 applicants took aptitude tests for aircraft maintenance position. Only 12 passed the tests and were sent to MIA for processing. Only 1 was eventually hired. I was told the Uncle owned a famous Restaurant where the hiring manager was from.

Great show as usual. What no one seems to talk about is the actual EXECUTION that we've seen from NVDA mng during the short period of the most explosive growth of sales and especially earnings ofany large company in history. No gigantic costs increase, no customer service screwups, careful avoidance of customer double ordering, no apparent canabalization of older products etc. As a holder since 2017 and even through the Crypto Puke drawdown, I'm amazed at Jensen and his crew to be able to manage all of this.

As an Apple skeptic I was glad to hear him say that Apple's reliance on OpenAI is somewhat of a failure. It is what it is, i.e. much less innovative than a true innovation from a company with Apple's reputation.

Instead of a Texas Stock Exchange just buy shares of Texas Pacific Land Corp. Largest private landowner in Texas who collects royalties on the oil & gas as well as water & other resources used on it. No debt, 22 million shares outstanding, 60% profit and free cash flow margins, 40% return on equity and a 1,000% 10 year return. Could be they are focused on shareholder returns down there in Texas lol

On a PEG ratio basis, $MSFT & $AAPL are around 2 and $NVDA is trading at a 1.5 ! (I did not calculate, according to Yahoo Finance). The thing I worry most about Nvidia is like Josh says , a lowering of spending by the tech companies coupled with a downturn in the economy (cyclicality) . When their growth eventually does slow it could get hit very hard. I do like their amazing margins and innovation at this moment and we don’t see a threat to their dominance at the moment. It’s a very hard call 🤷🏻‍♂️

I thought it was odd that he would parrot such an obvious and outrageous "fact" about 20% of kids bringing their parents to job interviews. That is so clearly right-wing outrage bait, but he seemed to honestly believe it. Is he destined for Fox? Believing that kind of lie takes a sort of willing naivete where you've already met the lie halfway. You want to believe it. Makes me doubt his takes a bit to be honest.
