Let me chime in here and tell you something that helps me keeping stress and anxiety in check. Next time you feel these emotions, remind yourself its not real because it literally isnt. These negative emotions only exist in our minds. Think about what means. It doesnt exist anywhere in your environment. There is no substance to it. Have some control over your mind, its all it is. Realize that it doesnt exist. We live present moment at a time. Don't think about the future. Its different than visualizing your future, which is good, but don't think about it since you can't live 5 years of life at once. Whatever happens in the future, youll handle it when it comes, just like youve been doing all your life. There is no such thing as anxiety, stress, or pressure.

When younger...i was impacted by stories of indigenous people stoicaly accepting torture at the hands of missionaries...perhaps their closness to nature gave them greater knowledge than those who professed to save their souls

Easy for you to say or some here, but when you don’t have anything to eat and having one foot out of your roof, cause living under your means is not even enough ….that’s real life. The idea here on this video is a great advice for sure, but don’t judge me, it only might fit some people but at the moment not me, but I’m here listening nonetheless. Thanks

Yes, it’s a real challenge but you’re still alive and resilient. It’s your belief that you are struggling that’s creating your struggle. You have to reverse your mindset and how you feel about yourself to see changes and opportunities for growth. It always starts within, not what’s on the outside to experience change. I have the highest faith that you will step over these challenges, because when you’re at that breaking point, that’s when you find out what you don’t prefer and can focus on what you need to be fulfilled and experience peace and joy. Nothing is out of reach!
