All the problems you mentioned does exist in ns 200, plus suspension and seat both are very hard, im facing handle issue due to which one side of my shoulder keeps paining. Ns 200 was my dream bike I bought in 2020 bs6 model but now I think it's time to let go my dream. It hurts but feels good that I lived my dream 🙂😇😔

Switch to motul 7100 fully synthetic gear shifting will be smooth and vibration get reduced..

Bro use motul 7100 20W50 engine oil will run more smother and performance also is better thn mineral oil and for chain sprocket use rolon brass it's far better than stock Bajaj and has less chain noise looks better

Gear hard engine oil ki wjh se hote hai bro !! Try and use premium synthetic engine oil this is ktm derived engines use motul engine oil with friction modifier as ktm use motul engine oil by default.. 😊😊

I will say 1 thing about Bajaj Their performance is top notch but... Quality of the parts is too worst The nuts and some bolts got rust in my bike 🙂 Edit : Sorry I forgot 🤣 within 3 months my bike fuel injection stop working it costs around 12k but warranty claimed

Initially about the vibration is that it's your visor that tends to vibrate when you rev it. To fix this, you have to get double-sided tape for it. Regarding hard gears is that cleaning & lubricating your chain every time at 500 or 1000 kms, whatever you feel is right interval for you & that leg guard, specific nut of which you speak of has nothing to do with quality and all. It's built that way, go to any welder and he'll readily do your job for Rupees 50.

I am selling my ns 200 that I bought in March. Completely disappointed with the bike and I would not recommend this bike to anyone. Better go with mt15

I own both NS200 and MT15…according to me every bike has its own merit and flaws but it’s important to have little mechanical knowledge to maintain any bike at top notch condition
