It does have cayenne I find it weird they do nothing to advertise it as spicy. It has a kick like horseradish and without the taste but you get use to it. I thought they laced mine with chemicals so I had to verify xD

Synthetic Caffeine is poison it is added on the list on the side of bottle nothing in the ingrediencies label its a big lie Poison. I just got deathly ill from what I thought would be some chocolate organic drink. I waisted my money and spent all morning being nauseous red rashes all over my body and so dizi. DO NOT WAIST YOUR HEALTH OR MONEY ON THIS POISON!!!
