ABOUT…
I am Rebecca and I am one heck of a passionate vocal coach/singer/songwriter/impressionist/health/fitness/self- improvement/anything that makes me smile!! I love anything vocal/singing related and geek out on it every day. I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2017 and my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The tumour was the size of a 20 week baby!! However, despite not being able to walk for a couple of weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…?

Luis Miguel is a mix of many things. Spanish and italian heritage, born in Puerto Rico with american citizenship. Moved to Mexico as a child, then to Spain and then back to Mexico still a kid to become the star of Mexico and pursuit his mexican citizenship. He has stated that he considers himself mexican and us mexicans love to say he is one of our own. He is a very international person though so he is more than just mexican for many people I think.

I”ve had the pleasure of seeing him perform 4 times. He sounds amazing live. Doesn’t have an opening act. He is it. He respects his audience and the more we engage with him, the better he performs! Thank you for appreciating him the way his fan do.

I'm not a vocal coach, and I'm not trained or educated in music. BUT I do know special when I hear it, and Luis Miguel is special. He's a world class singer/vocalist. For those that don't know it, I like to call him an international playboy. His father is from Spain, his mother is from Italy, he was born in Puerto Rico, and he was raised in Mexico.

His most recent album "Mexico Por Siempre" is awesome really brings out his voice and despite not being born in Mexico shows his deep love for the country you should give it a listen and react to so gs from it. Yo creo q Luis Miguel sabe mejor q todos d donde es ...... pregúntenle y siempre dirá q d México ..... yo era un niño cuando lo vi caminando en la colonia condesa y el también era muy joven.... el hizo toda su vida aquí y por eso tiene pasaporte mexicano ....

Rebecca, thanks for this reaction. I suggest you to listen any interview of him, just speaking. You'll see ( hear ) so much difference between his speaking voice and his singing voice. You'll undesrstund why he is an idol for so many people. ( sorry if my english is not that good, but i hope you may understund what i'm trying to explain )

Yeah! He is one of my favorite singers! I must tell you, this year started so good! Il Divo is coming to my country and I'm finally gonna see them :) You should react to Il Divo singing "Regresa a Mi". They're amazing and you'll like them. So yeah... I wish you an amazing year full of terrific music
