This scenario is a prequel to the official Devil's Peak map, and thus has a completely different objective than usual. Forget stabilizing the zone, forget defeating the insurgents... all we need to do is gather seismic activity until we can discover what's happening to the volcano. The insurgents won't make that easy, but if we gear every spare dollar to military units, this should be an easy-ish mega brutal run.
