Why is rebound hammer test conducted?
• To determine probable #compressive #strength of #concrete
• To determine uniformity of concrete
• To make comparison of quality of concrete with standard requirement
• To compare quality of one portion of concrete with another.

can this device be considered when checking hardness of the surface which is related to amount of impact force an object will received upon impact? example: object free falling on the concrete floor, does the impact force relates to the value measured by this device?
