Rebound MTB Night Ride - Testing the Hope R8+

The Tuesday night ride was hosted by Scott from Rebound MTB, a Lennoxtown-based charity organisation promoting mountain biking in North Glasgow.
We rode 4 trails, approx 16km and 400m elevation:
0:28 - Nipple Tweaker
2:18 - RX
4:06 - Old School
4:58 - Frogger

Waw Ramsey they lights are magic, made those trails look like blues lol they're definitely red through the day🤣😂🤣

They sure are! ✨ They get easier to ride at night because you can't see what you're about to crash into ;)

@@MacRaceyMTB the hope lights are amazing but obviously a little heavy on the wallet... I've used Cree lights bought on eBay for years and they've been great 👌🔦

What time Tuesday evenings? I’ve just started btw so I’m quite shit. If I’ve not been on these in the day time will I likely at night? I saw you recently up at Carron valley. You nearly flattened me and my dog with your van. 😂.... maybe a small exaggeration.

Meet for 7pm 👍 The trails in this video aren't the easiest as a beginner, but nothing dodgy/dangerous that requires major skills. It really depends on the group that turn up! Damn, I didn't flatten you at CV? 🤔 ...must try harder 😆

Is it also fully mountable onto a road bike helmet?

It really depends on your helmet, but yes! I use a mount from R3PRO to attach this light to the GoPro mount on my helmet. If you have a GoPro mount, this is the best way to do it!
