Definitely a set of white/cream Wolf wheels. Early disco 2 headlights too. Same fittings but the dark background looks neater. Can’t wait to see what you do though. Loving it so far.

I loved the TD5,I had three TD5 defenders and each of them did 300,000kms of hard driving here in NZ. My 2.2 goes great but sounded gay until i chopped both exhaust mufflers out. Mine is NZ/Australia spec so no DPF.

Had discos for 26 years love them,I used to work on Land rovers .

If you have the money or budget to do so, you should invest in higher grade equipment as the frame rate when turning or panning the camera is not comfortable to watch, I feel like ur cinematography skills are good enough to warrant buying one. :))

I hope my beloved D1 will one day have monetary value. Otherwise, it's just a labour of love and a (probably) big money pit. Much better than any Defender however.

I enjoy your channel, having had several old series landies I know the issues and faults but now for the moan, why do we have to have several minutes (that have to be fast forward) of dogs running in fields, cows walking down road?

I’ll probably get some hate for this and it’s an old question I’ve seen all the answers about being mad and all that…. And just buy a series but I like my defender and the way it preforms and stops! on and off road and towing …. I’ve owned series and know all there “performance” issue …😂😂😂 I have a 2003 td5 defender 90 and I want to backdate it to a series 3 for nostalgic reasons … meaning I’d like to replace the windscreen, grille, bonnet, wing tops, and light basil I’ll use the defender wing sides and eyebrows as the defender has a wider track . The roof I’ll know I’ll have mate a defender early roof with a series roof … I would love a cat flap and I’ll use 86 90 lift handle doors …. still looking for the galvanized door strips. Ok so there’s my plan …. my main concern is the td5 p15 engine and all cooler can it fit with the recessed grille panel with modification and an electric fan? So what you think …. Oh and I live in Ireland….
