This one has definitely been one of our toughest builds so far! This rollover damaged 2018 Jeep Trackhawk has come a long ways ever since we got it. After completely stripping it down and cutting up, it is finally time to start putting it back together. The last bit of framework is complete, now its time to line it up and then the fun begins. @@OGSpermCells I mean - manufacturers invest a lot of money to design a car structure so it will dissipate as much energy as possible in a case of accident and deform in a controllable way - protecting people inside. "Pulled" body with cuts and welds at a random places is nowhere close to the original - from the safety perspective.

@@dmitrykh9183 the cuts and welds are not in random places but pretty specific actually, why do you think the manufacturers make all of those structural replacement parts if it wasn't safe to repair a crashed car? What do you think happens every day in body shops across the country? Fyi they don't sprinkle unicorn dust on damaged cars and watch them become new again.

@@christopherc1976 well when it comes to common sense, you don’t really need a professional to tell you that they make body replacement parts in sections like that for sale for this purpose specifically. if everything lines up perfectly then there really is no safety issue. but yeah maybe go look up a common sense “professional” and take his word not mine

I know yall boys like them flops but I had a foot injury wearing them messing around working in my shop. Little minor drop tore me up for months and foot hasn't ever been the same since Get you some of them good ole red wing iron rangers at minimum or something with a little more protection buddy your feet will thank you!

They cost like $60 and have a flanging head on them too. You can punch 5/16" hole per factory specs and use flange to mate adjoining metals so they fit snug while welding. Air operated to save time and make each hole uniform in size.

And they probably burn through $60 worth of drill bits, not to mention the time needed for drilling. The punch is instantaneous.

You guys should consider getting a spot weld punch tool. Stop drilling those holes and use a pneumatic tool that is meant to do just that. One press of a button and you got a punch pressed nice hole. No hassle no matter what sort of steel the part is made of..

@Mike Anderson What the hell are you talking about? Rebuilt vehicles are still being sold out there whether you like it or not. Besides, the engine is worth more than what you'd pay someone to repair this thing, had they gave up on this project for whatever reason, they can always part it out and get back most if not all their money back.

These guys have talent - SS717 figured out a scheme to make money - that is ok, great actually, but I prefer to watch people that know a craft - no more SS717 for me.

The more I watch these channels... The more I believe you can do anything they do, or anyone else does... You just have to start...They didn't know how to weld aluminum.. but they learned.. they didn't know how to do paint.. but they learned.. I mean it has been AMAZING to watch these two young guys take what my generation was doing to Nova's back in the day.. and just upping the ante! The only thing I wish.. I wish I could watch them go out on the town in the lambo.. or go ripping in the ferrari once and a while. Seems like all they ever do is build build build... Any way.. This team is really underscoring the level of precise craftsmanship needed to pull this off. Level of patience and stamina needed to get the job done whilst probably under time pressure, after all that garage looks like it’s used by other cars, must be immense.

You obviously know little about body work.... just like the goonz using the cheap wrong type of weld threw primer... this truck will be a rust bucket....in a few years

Well what do we have here boys a hater named henri. They showed all the products that they used, spraying some etch is better than no spray. If you are familiar with collision trade and you used something different let us know, educate the viewers. One thing is using different types of materials/brands used by different technicians. The other is hating on someone because they are not using what you're using so that means that they don't know what there doing.??

vTuned really worked on his magic on this! Some people said it was too far gone or wasn't worth fixing but you guys and vTuned proved everyone wrong! Well done boys!!!!

Who knows if it will all be worth it. They probably won't tell us the true cost of rebuilding it let alone what they paid for it. Then it's still probably going to have a salvage title after their done. What the the value of one of theres with a salvage title?

@@kewlboss This rebuild is only possible due to KZfaq revenue. On Copart Trackhawk with good engine with less frame damage is going for $30K....Goonzsquad probably picked up this trackhawk for $15-20K due to lot more frame damage. Parts are probably going to be $10k plus paying vtuned for frame work is another $5-10K. All set and done this is probably going to cost $30K. Not including their own labor. The aftermarket stuff they will add to this build is probably sponsored free....Without youtube revenue this build would not make financial sense. Salvage title they would need to sell for $40K to make profit on it. Cheapest clean title trackhawk is $60K on ebay.

Never sell for profit you can sell for profit I buy from copart almost daily (UK Based) not having a go at you but if you have clearly never bought from copart for instance you could buy a focus RS with engine failure for almost nothing which is 34k car then buy a rolled focus RS which can be bought from copart for penny's swap the engine and sell for really good money just because they have been damaged doesnt mean they aunt worth anything when you resell them fsir enough they don't sell for the same but not much less.

I've been a fan since the F450 and I remember thinking "there's no way they're going to fix that", I was so wrong. This Trackhawk makes the F450 look like a simple jigsaw puzzle. So impressed with work that's been done. Goonzquad and VTuned can literally rebuild ANYTHING. The finished product is going to be EPIC.

I love how other youtubers would have made some estreme thumbnail with uge titles like "our jeep on fire!!" or "we Lost the jeep forever" but they didn't, they mencioned that but still focused on the rebuid.
