Using high quality parts makes it such a better build ,with the carbon put some copper grease on the screws first and turn the screw a bit then back it out until the screw has cut a thread into the mounting lug and for the ones that have snapped use 2 part epoxy glue from the home depo ,good job looks brilliant

I have wrapped a rsv4 seat before best thing you can do is take the cover all the way off and use some spray carpet adhesive to stick it down as Aprilia themselves do it on some of the other models using the same seat (125cc versions in Europe)

Do rivets. And since it's carbon. Use washers on both sides. That way it don't Crack the carbon and has a firm grip on. When pressing it on.

I was thinking Red Rizoma Mirrors. Or half the mount in Red. To where the Mirror twists. Or just the edge's with a Red pinstripes. To tie into the Red Tail Fen would look good. Or Paint the Hand Wind deflector Red you're not a fan of. To help tie to the Tail Fen. Either way she's a Head Turner.

Your rotor ducts won’t last long with those nuts on, you need lock nuts. ‘Nylon may do but it all depends on how hot they get. Maybe try drilling and taping the carbon for normal screws rather than self tapers and use locktite. Carbon does look good though, keep this bike coming or try a Tuono, it’ll blow your mind

brake rotor cooling is useless, the brake caliper needs cooling. the brembo m50 used to get a fading at high speed tracks like mugello or hockenheim gp.

Riv nuts should do it? I could be wrong but I personally would try that, putting the riv nut on the underside piece, then drill a hole big enough that's slightly tight to connect the upper piece with a couple washers to the underside riv nut, would that work or just rip off?
