You guys deserve kudos for what you did. This is SMART business and SMART marketing on your part! They’ve had so many issues with where they’ve got their parts from in the past. eBay sellers who did a “one and done” rip off sale (what vehicle was it the body kit was bad and the seller did nothing for them???), and don’t get me started on the dumb biz moves of their local dealerships!! Anyway, my point is here is a business on eBay PAYING ATTENTION to where they might find potential buyers! That’s smart business, “Get your product in front of people who need it”…marketing 101. So you recognizing that you had parts that these guys needed, you even had the right color for them; went the next step and contacted the Goonz and put a deal together. That’s intelligent business sense right there. You MAY have sold the individual parts for more overall money…EVENTUALLY! But you saw the opportunity to turn your inventory in one sale, took less revenue and bit less profit, freed up cash to buy more stock to sell, AND…. the most important thing…. you got your foot in the door with them! Now, you just keep an eye out for what they’re needing, what new builds they bring in, and do the leg work ahead of time to scout out possible parts for them. You could become a key supplier to these guys. And with your good biz sense, I HOPE you do! Well done man… well done!

LOVING THE PROGRESS. I'm pretty sure I saw a video of this crashing, they launched hard and tried to turn right but hit the curb hard and it pulled the steering hard right so it flipped onto its side could be wrong though, but not too many in that colour crash like that honestly

In case anyone is curious, the boys bought that G-wagon for 90K, if they can fix it for less than 30k, they got a really good deal, similar millage and year G Wagons with a clean title are going for over 200k right now.

yeah but this will have a Salvage Title and some insurance companies will not insure. Plus the value is about 1/2 of clean title.

That emblem at 18:52 "Schöckl proved" means all Gs are tested on a mountain offroad track near my hometown Graz in Austria where these cars are built. Track's no joke lemme tell you!

Parts availability and timeliness of parts delivery is the new normal in the US. In all of my years of either working in this industry have I seen what’s occurring at this time. Brand name is not an issue since it affects all brands of vehicles.

Before you guys install a new windshield turn the blowers on including the front defrost to blow all the little pieces of glass out. It'll save from having a bad day after everything is finished

On the auto boxes there should be a plate that you take off and then behind the plate there’s a manual shifter so you can select the gear you need when you can’t start it
