First window, Trade Maguire for Koulibaly and pair him Tuanzebe (its worth it on the long run). Get Ruben Neves and Leon Bailey (Cheaper than Sancho). Sell Lingard, Pereira, Larth, and Matic Second Window, get Konate, Palacios, Fati, and Davies. All have huge potential. Keep developing Gomes, Greenwood, and Tuanzebe. Third window, Get Onana with huge and groom him. Sell Pogba, Shaw, and start Palacios and Davies ( its super worth it), Give Greenwood, Gomes, Fati, and Konate (pair with Tuanzebe) more playing time. That's how I went about it and it went well. Lol
