Rebuilding the rear calipers on a 2013 Suzuki SX4 Crossover

3 жыл бұрынThe rear calipers started leaking on my moms Suzuki SX4 Crossover, so I rebuilt them with new seals instead of paying a small fortune to have a shop replace the brakes. It was a little complicated, but not too bad. They were very similar to the rear calipers on a Honda car.

I was trying to find out if the handbrake return spring is a separate part, as my sx4 is missing it on one side. Your video has shown me that it is, and how to simply pop it on. I have a spring on order. Many thanks.

Glad my video was helpful!!!! They really aren’t to difficult, and the parts are way cheaper than a whole caliper.

Nothing pushes people to become mechanics more than high labor costs.

Got that right! And the shop keeps most of it, and the mechanic gets very little.
