You are wrong. She is the very shy and reserved type and an introverted phlegmatic. Her type are not good at expressing their feelings like the sanguines but it doesn't mean she is subjugated. I think she is bidding her time to adapt to the environment, language and new life style. If she didn't love her husband quiet she may be, she will not hesitate to bale out

Stop judging other persons by your Western standards. Firstly, no one knows her true age. African women always look much younger than they are. Secondly, in many cultures women marry young....even on the continent of Africa. And she doesn't have to be smiling for the camera all the time to prove she is happy. Western ppl have become to use to fake emotions for the camera. Chinese culture is very conservative in showing emotions. And who are you to judge that's it's an arranged situation. Ppl marry for love all the time and end up divorced. The marriage statistics are higher in China. Divorce rates are low....so they must be doing something right.

Yes in africa they have child marriage as young as 12. I don't think a 12 year old or 19 year old knows what love is when it comes to marriage. @@rosetta4880 comparing to whom? Rose? Rose and her Chinese husband communicated for months via phone and video calls before she went to China. They had the opportunity to become attached and form a bond before Rose chose to meet him in China. Or are you comparing to Felista? Whose husband met her in Africa while working there. They got married in Africa and lived there for some time. Felista had her entire family. For the matter their first son was born in Tanzania before they came to China. It is obvious, if you are using the common sense you speak about...that this couple did not get much time together before marriage. They are now learning about each other. And she has to do that in another country. Instead of studying if she is smiling enough....look at her mother....how genuinely comfortable and happy her mother is. She is not there alone...her mother is with her. Her mother's emotions prove...he is a good husband. And take your own advice...if you don't like how she looks.....stay off their channel rather than come to make negative comments....just my opinion
