Nah, that'd be cool to see. Though all of his shelters look like they'd do fine for months at the least, with minimal maintenance to keep them going longer.

When I saw you cook bacon grease popcorn, you had me! (All good, but that put it over the top). I'm 73, but still alive and love to learn new things as an outdoors man. Can't really call myself a woodsman. I live in south central Texas. Mainly edge of hill country and coastal plains. I enjoy the brotherhood of men who keep it alive. Best of luck to you and yours. Also, one of the many things I like about you, is that you aren't jealous of other bushcrafters. You teach what you teach in the manner you use to best help your audience benefit from. You see that there are other ways to accomplish the same objective and you give acknowledgement and shout outs to other bushcrafters who have different, and equally good ways of disseminating their knowledge. Way to go cpl!

You are awesome! I am a 62-year-old grandmother. My 14-year-old grandson and I just built a tripod raised-bed while camping this weekend. It turned out great and we had some great bonding time doing it. Next time.... fire! We will use 2 or 3 methods to build fires. Hey, maybe do a video for older (fatter with knee problems) people. Wow!! Your floating bed & fire was AWESOME !! I've never seen/heard of anyone/anything like it. How does it feel compared to sleeping in a hammock? Your "Floating camp site" is the ONLY WAY to go camping in a swampy or wet area. You are totally amazing & so much fun to watch/ learn from : -) !! GREAT video

That raised bed is inspiring. I like the simplicity of it, yet strong. I also liked the raised fire. When you lit your fire, maybe having something like that in Slo-Mo would look so cool. Food for thought.
