There are so many unlikely coincidences and twists in the franchise, but because the franchise is so self aware, and acknowledges that the audience is aware as well, that it's not am obstacle and you can just be entertained

I feel like Kirby being in scream 6 definitely tied back to Dewey. Cause he got stabbed in scream 1 and people thought he'd died. I'm pretty sure randy even says something to him about it in scream 2 "I thought you died" and Dewey says it was a flesh wound.

Kirby was there because without her it was what.. Gale.. they drove in the word franchise pretty hard making main characters repeat the word, desperate attempt to say hey we're part of the family. these movies have nothing to do with Scream 3 or the movies that fall under it thanks to Roman's reveal. I mean the second movie wasn't really in his vision, he found billy and stu.. he couldnt have known what it would bring a grieving mother to do.. and Micky was just.. Micky.. but you had 1 the action, 2 the reaction and 3 the big reveal.. what the other 3 movies bring to the table is way fkn beyond me..

They’ll be okay. I haven’t seen the first movie since I was 4. I was still able to piece stuff together regardless of having to see the past 5. That’s how good this movie is-I didn’t have to have a refresher I was able to see it and enjoy it for what it is.

Final Destination will never be as good as Scream. Those movies are highly predictable and the same. At least Scream has survivors and they change it up with each movie.

5:47 9:33 although it isn't explicitly stated he only has one sister and that these are her kids, it's a fair assumption. It doesn't state that they are also twins though

So to recap: Sidney's boyfriend, her boyfriend's mother, her brother AND her cousin are all the killers in Scream 1 - 4. In Scream 5, the killer is a fan of the STAB franchise who happens to be dating Sidney's former boyfriends daughter. Jeez - Where will they go with the sixth installment?

I’m so confused by people like Billy’s mum. Like, how do you want revenge for your son (by killing Sydney) when he was a murderer? Make it make sense. People should be enacted revenge via, (on?, whatever) you! Your son was a serial killer and only died in self defence, now you’re really out here doing the same for what?!

What made scream refreshing was the fact that ghostface could be anyone. But, at the same time, ghostie is only human. In order to fully torment and agonize their victims, they terrorized them psychologically. Not unlike Freddy, Jason, or Michael who seemed to possess magical powers which helped make them scary. Ghostface has to rely solely on outsmarting their targets which is a great way to script a character trying and or succeeding to fight back/escape Ghostface. We as the viewers, know that it's possible to do so

The whole mastermind thing is great when its not a couple of 16 year olds trying to find fame.. kids today ain't mastering shit unless its how to be an online 'influencer'. I mean Billy and Stu might not have been that old themselves, but i also don't think they did as much outsmarting so much as just being young and pissed off.. that drive is enough for a while.. 6 was okay, felt a bit done before what with Scream 2 and one of the killer's motives in that movie, and only a movie later all 3 movies were pretty well covered by Roman and his motives/plan. Now it feels like it's coming undone or in constant cleanup/damage control mode.

@@Victoriaistalented It copied the 2nd movie with the revenge motive. These were definitely the most obvious killers as well. I wasn't surprised by any of them. At some point I even wondered if it was 3 because of what Gal said about Roman being the standout killer. Rules of these movies is that someone killed offscreen is probably alive, and the killers are always white.

scream 6 summary, without major spoilers. : gale is a bitch and wrote a book anyways, the family of sam's ex boy friend conspire to kill her for revenge, Sam continues to have hallucinations of her father, and another old character returns. nothing really changes, but it does add finality to the story. who the killers turn out being isnt obvious at all, you can try your best to figure it out the whole movie, but it doesnt follow any trope, so dont bother.

in scream 2 I think Micky Killed randy there was a scene at the beginning when they were talking about movies a girl says to randy how would you change the ending randy says ....i would let the nerd get the girl and before randy gets killed the killer says you will never be the lead and never get the girl ... how would Billys mom know this even though she said "I got a little Knife Happy" have you seen mob people say I killed so and so only to find out they hired others to do the killing Billys mom was the mastermind and mickey was the blunt instrument she used to kill after randy is dead you see the foot of the Killer boots those are a mans boot size not billys mom no way she could over Power randy in the van to kill him mickey could

@@gamingunited37Perhaps but Mickey could have passed the info on to Billy’s Mom. Also, if you are angry enough, you’d be surprised what you can do. Remember he was saying negative although true things about Billy. However you also have to remember that Scream 2 went through a lot of rewrites because the first script got leaked on the internet. At one point Sidney’s friend Halle was supposed to be a killer.

@@optimusprime595 the way the killer moves throughout scream 2 that's not billys mom and even when the van opens up and you see the killers boots that is a man's size billys mom is not that big she is 5′ 8″ (1.73 m) and billy that actor is Height. 6′ (1.83 m) the actor who plays randy he is also 6 ft 0.5 in ; Weight, 83 kg so your saying she was strong enough to pull him in a vag toss him around and than kill him this was mickey all the way

@Drew Dismuke its ok there were other details told her that were technically wrong like Mrs. Loomis being shot in the neck. She was actually shot in the chest. The blood just poured into her neck. In defense though i thought he shot her in the neck for years because of the blood. Also tara killed amber. Not gale and sidney. They set her on fire though. All minor things. Video was still pretty well done

6 was so trash - i like 5 better in comparison - they missed a huge opportunity - imagine we see 2 ghostface killers on screen (2 partners) at all times we see the killer - one killing, one watching, or both killing - then in the end one of them says soemthing regarding the 2 - like “both of us” and Sam could say “both of who?” in which the audience and the ONE killer realizes that there has never been 2 - the killer takes off mask - it’s kirby - other killer takes off mask - it’s stu with NO scars - only kirby can see him - she really did have a disorder and downward spiral - kirby to stu “dad?” and stu has a few lines trying to pair kirby and sam together like billy and stu - my god fn do it
