How to make Furikake
🥗Ingredients:
- 15 g of Katsuobushi (beautiful fish in flakes) Can be substituted by 1 teaspoon of Hondashi
- 30g toasted sesame
- 1 teaspoon of Hondashi
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sake
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 sheet of seaweed for chopped sushi
Validity: Well closed container for 2 weeks. In the refrigerator for 4 weeks.
Always leave in a cool place.
