Yes, you are right, but SDR Angel seems to me a bit complicated.

just need a power supply, bias tee and coax adapters.. i have 90cm dish, LOS with QO-100 from balcony and LNB (from TV tuner)

You will decode most of DATV stations. For a weak stations you will maybe need a bigger dish, but you will see how it will work. I use 1m dish.

SDR Angel can do the same with a SDR Play RSP DX!

Hello. At first you have to decode DATV signal correctly. Can you see the four big dots in IQ plot in DVB-S2 Demod Gui ? If all is ok, you should see some video in VLC. Please check VLC address. The right address is udp, not upd. You need a bit powerful computer, too.

What is the Solfware You are Using to Receive Digital TV!

The software name is DVB-S2 Demodulator. Look at forum.amsat-dl.org/index.php?thread/101-software-dvb-s-demodulator/ I used VLC player for the stream playing.
