When I thought "i am open to receive divine energy" my mother came to me. I cried the rest of the meditation. I could feel her arms around me! She has been dead for four years now and it felt so real!

It is. We are energy frequency and vibration❤ The way to connect with others who have transitioned.. into their next life or not... is similar to just turning the dial on a radio. Shifting the frequency. We are highly evolved spiritual beings, housed in a heavy human body that has negative childhood mind programs and beliefs and unhealthy habits Which pull us away from the higher frequencies, when we start eliminating that and recognizing are worth and our value and our ability to co-create here because we are the Creator and the Creator is us... we can raise into the higher frequencies like love peace Bliss gratefulness et cetera This is a heavy density low vibrational third-dimensional earth that is actually shifting into the higher frequency so it will be much easier to connect and see through the Veil❤ Actively working on raising your frequency through binaural beats, healthier lifestyle, purifying food and water, recognizing your worth and value, and knowing that everything you've ever searched for have always been within you.. are ways to raise your frequency. Removing toxic people in situations, thoughts and behaviors from your life... living authentically and genuinely, from a place of self-love and self-care first... that can then be given to others around you.... all of that will connect you to the higher frequencies

I liked this a lot...maybe a bit more time in the garden as well as a little less instruction on where/how to breath (ie ftom toes to head and head to toes) Also giving thanks : )

Some form of inflammation. The medical system became corrupt in the early 1900s by rockefeller, so they need to create tons of labels to give out tons of drugs to keep people's systems suppressed and stifled. They offer ionic foot baths at some salons. Breath of Life in Newburgh NY is where I bought mine. When you are ready to put the work into healing yourself, because we are the only ones that make ourselves sick..... there will be nothing that stops you, especially those that wants you to stay sick so they can feel better about themselves.❤ living a life free of any limitations is exhilarating. Envision what you'd be doing with your time and freedom when all physical conditions are eradicated. If you believe it, you create it. When you believe it, you will see it.❤ don't let anyone deter you. They will try to guilt and shame you when they see you improving and you must ignore that, they are on their own path and any attempt to control you is not love. That is fear, which is the opposite of love. And it is their job to eradicate their own fears while you work on yours.❤
