Instead of grinding them I cut them in small pieces and put them in my high power blender same result less work. As much as I like them they never taste the same as my child taste bud remember in Haïti. Street food when I was a child in My beloved Island was the Exceptional. Nostalgie is what I get when I make Akra and other fritailles😂.

It's perfect it's exactly the same way but this is the catering way they just graded and then they put a little pepper in it little salt see I could see everybody's business and then destroy it and then they fight but the way you make it that's the way the catering a food make it it is so good I could taste it right now you can't eat too much of it cuz it does not do good it makes you feel like I'm tired of eating it so three is like the most it's not like the other one
