These lights are expensive, they take a beating and don't last forever. Good luck getting warranty on them! I've had many lights stop working from all different brands. Snap-on, Mac, Autel, etc. Various different issues. Won't turn on, won't charge, one light won't work, flickers, etc. They're actually pretty easy to take apart. Sometimes there's a broken wire that can be fixed with a little solder but, weirdly enough, I've come across multiple times on multiple brands where it was as simple as plugging back in one of the little connectors that backed its way out! If the light is dead you got nothing to lose. Sometimes you can bring them back from the dead!
