Mental health issues can be a hard thing to live with. This was a slow day I took for myself to recharge my energy after I had a breakdown. Also I'd like to say that it is so so so okay to cry and get everything out. Handling emotions in the moment and in a healthy way helps the healing process and will make you feel better.
