Step by step process has been explained from my end in this video.
Ingredients;
#Adhirasam
Raw Rice - 1 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Dry Ginger Powder - 1/4 tsp
Sesame Oil - 1 spoon
Ghee - 1 spoon
