Recipe chocolate Cake Roll with chantilly cream by ItalianCakes.
In this video recipe we find two classics of pastry: biscuit dough and chantilly cream. The rolled biscuit dough is enriched with cocoa. In order to cut the cake without any particular problems, we added the Panna Fix to the chantilly. The whipped cream will therefore be firmer.
