Recipe for delicious homemade whites:
To prepare a dough for the dough, crumble half a pack (50) of live yeast, sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar, add warm water or milk and a spoonful of flour.
For the dough, take a kilogram of flour, one egg, 100 grams of melted butter, a glass of warm milk, a teaspoon of salt and about half a glass of water. Add the dough to the products for the dough and knead.
Lubricate the dough with vegetable oil, cover and leave to rise.
Prepare minced meat from 600 grams of meat, 600 grams of onion, 150 grams of lamb fat. Cut the onion into small cubes, and the meat and lard can be scrolled through a meat grinder. Add an incomplete tablespoon of salt and a teaspoon of black pepper.
Lubricate the table and hands with oil, cut the dough into donuts, leave to rise.
Form, as it were, a small Uzbek cake and put minced meat in the middle. Blind the whites, turn the seam down, and make small holes on the smooth upper side.
In a cauldron or saucepan, heat about 1 liter of vegetable oil to 180C. Dip the whites into the oil with the hole down, when you turn it over, pour a spoonful of boiling oil into the whites.
