TRIPLE CHOCOLATE ICECREAM CAKE
Ingredients
Oreo biscuits - 15 count
Ice cream Chocolate/Chocolate Chunk flavour - 750 ml
Milk Chocolate - 100 gms
Unsalted Butter - 25 gms
Procedure
1. Separate the cream from Oreo Biscuits. Save the cream for cake decor.
2. Crush Oreo Biscuits finely using a blender or a rolling pin by placing biscuits in a ziplock bag.
3. Take a 6 inch square pan and lay a parchment paper over it.
4. Fill it with a mixture of finely crushed Oreo biscuit powder and unsalted butter. Pack it tightly.
5. Let the icecream come to a molten state for easy layering.
6. Spread icecream onto the biscuit powder layer of the cake. Let it set in the freezer for atleast 2 hours.
7. Melt milk chocolate into pouring texture using double boiler method.
In this method, place a pot on the stove and pour water in it. Then place a bowl over it. Put pieces of milk chocolate into the bowl and mix occasionally till it melts into a pouring consistency.
8. Pour a thin layer of molten milk chocolate on the icecream layer of the cake. Let it set in the freezer for atleast 1 hour.
9. Fill the Oreo cream into a piping bag and decorate the cake. Let it set in the freezer for another 1 hour.
