AAM KAY GULGULLEY
Ingredients
Wheat flour 1½ cup
Mango puree 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Yellow color a pinch
Sugar ¾ cup
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Water to make thick batter
Clarified butter for frying
Baking soda a pinch
METHOD
Mix all together in a bowl, beat well, cover and leave it for 15 to 20 mins, just before frying add baking soda, batter should be thick, whisk well, deep fry adding gulgulley in karahi with your hands.

CHIPOTLE CHICKEN FLATBREAD
Ingredients for Flatbread
Flour 1½ cup
Wheat flour ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water to knead
METHOD
Knead all the above ingredients into the soft dough, leave for 30 mins. Roll in rectangle and lightly toast on pan both the sides.
Ingredients for Chicken Filling
Boneless breast 2 cut into strips
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Chipotle hot sauce ¼ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Cumin crushed ½ tsp
Dried gram flour 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
METHOD FOR CHICKEN
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients, cook in 3 tbsp oil till done.
Ingredients for Salad
Tomato 2 cut into squares
Onion 1 chopped
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Jalapeno sliced 4-6
Salt a pinch
Black pepper a pinch
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
METHOD FOR SALAD
Mix all together and chopped coarsely in a bowl.
FOR TOPPING
Cheddar cheese ½ cup grated
Mozzarella grated ½ cup
Capsicum (cut into julienne) 1
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Salt a pinch
Milk 2 tbsp
METHOD
Mix all together in a bowl.
TO ASSEMBLE
On cooked bread, spread cheese then chopperised salad then chicken then capsicum then cheese, sprinkle oregano, bake on 200 D for 15 mins till cheese melts, drizzle mayonnaise topping on top.

MINT MARGARITA
Ingredients
Sugar ½ cup
Water ½ cup
Lemon juice ½ cup
Mint leaves 40
Ice cubes 2 cups
White soft drink 1 bottle
METHOD
Make sugar syrup with sugar and water, cook until sugar dissolves. Then in a blender put all the remaining ingredients, blend well, serve in tall glass.
