Complimenti, preparazione impeccabile che denota un'ottima conoscenza della tecnica culinaria della cucina tradizionale italiana. Davvero molto bravo. Unico appunto che mi sento di fare, il nome di quel tipo di pasta non è "fettucini" ma "fettuccinE". Si tratta di un nome proprio e pertanto va rispettato. Ti faccio ancora i miei complimenti e ti auguro buona cucina!!!! Congratulations, impeccable preparation which denotes an excellent knowledge of the culinary technique of traditional Italian cuisine. Really very good. The only note I feel like making is that the name of that type of pasta is not "fettuccinI" but "fettuccinE". It is a proper name and therefore must be respected. I congratulate you again and wish you good cooking!!!!
