In the rat-race to acquire happiness through all kinds of consumables, we all have become oblivious to the super power of mindfulness. The perception and myths surrounding mindfulness and the challenges of practicing the same in daily life are shattered by Dr Era Dutta as she beautifully explains the concept of ‘Being in Now’. Dr Era Dutta is a Consultant Neuro Psychiatrist with a difference. She has been awarded the Young Psychiatrist Award. She believes in the holistic care of each individual’s mental health needs and her expertise in Depression, Anxiety, OCD and Stress has helped many.
