Frank Belleau from Ketegaunseebee Garden River First Nation, shares his life story and how Baaga' Adowe has been a guiding force for him and all Anishinaabe peoples of Turtle Island. The Baaga' Adowe (Lacrosse) sticks are made of white ash. Frank will explain the game and how its a form of ceremony in the art of competition with the importance of rejuvenating culture and education from historical losses derived around colonization.
