The Sun Bowl Association visited Ms. Sapien and Ms. Smith with a program called Extra Yard for Teachers. They presented them with a football, a gift card to purchase school supplies for their classroom, a t-shirt, tickets to the Sun Bowl, and an invitation to participate in the Sun Bowl parade. During the Sun Bowl game, they will be asked to either come down to the field or be recognized at their seats.
