Excellent. Please when you say oblic axial vue in FLAIR is it parallel de le long axis of hypocampus or to the ca cp?

Interesting! Why bother with neuropsychology testing? Just get an MRI. Diagnosis made, the end.

He made many good points about collaborative efforts and not just making diagnosis based on imaging. Early on in most dementia processes you may not see changes in imaging that are apparent on testing also.
