Wednesday the nation commemorated 1960 Sharpeville Massacre, where black people were gunned down in cold blood by the apartheid police for standing up for their rights, peacefully protesting against pass laws.
Continuing in the spirit of Human Rights Month, we look at more recent incidents in the country; ... namely the Marikana slaughter ..... and the Life Esidimeni tragedy - both events of dehumanising conditions and destruction - this at the hand of government. Event's that compel us to look at the rule of law and justice in present day South Africa. Joining us to discuss this is Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi.
