I have done exactly the same. setting up is a two person job. it all looks very simple but the whole saw including wheels comes to over 160kg. cant wait to try it out.

Congratulations on your new bandsaw. A bit to expensive for my budget sadly.. but if I would order it online I would compare prizes first. Directly at Record Power (999 pounds) 1.114,77 Euro, at Babtist: € 1.197,00 and also at DM Tools and Yandles for 1.114,77 Euro, 1299.99 at My Tools, 1199.00 at Meyer Tools etc. So it seems these are all sold between 1114 and maximum 1300 at online shops.. instead of the € 1,450.79 at Lombarte! But I guess the bandsaw is a good choice and maybe Lombarte is the easiest place to order when you are in Portugal. Oh... ha, wrong beer though, I'm more of a Sagres drinker (*o*) All the best from Tomar!
