These floor plans are usually made for bungalows or 2 bedroom cottages/cabins, in australia you’ll find a lot of laundries in a 1x1 rooms either inside a bathroom or next to the front door, these spaces are convenient as its out of the way and hidden.

Insomnia, the 2nd bedroom (top of the pic) is an en-suite as even though it doesn’t directly connect to the bedroom, the closet is just in between that and the closet is part of the bedroom. If you don’t believe me my father had a floor plan similar to that and it is an en-suite.

I would recemed doing oyster, lien, seshell, for warm lighting. Tip 2. For really cute builds and your struggling what lamp to use for bed side tables, use the penguin lamp and use lein . And last but not least tip 3. Add the modern island but with a uhm i don't know what i mean lol am going to say that is it and again lava your videos
