They aren’t on purpose , they are from faulty bearings that are failing in the rail cars and not being caught by humans in the supply chain. National Steel Car in Hamilton,Ontario is possibly one of the suppliers….fyi

Train spill was near small town, Bordulac, ND 140 miles northwest of Fargo. Was carrying several hazardous materials anhydrous ammonia. Sulfur and methanol. Primary concern anhydrous released in the air causes significant health risks. Serious respiratory damage, blindness or even death. I live 1 1/2 miles away from the area. Thanks Greg 😊

Some models are calling for high cat 2 possible cat 3. Mobile homes and RVs should evacuate they said. Also have storm surge. Also possible jump more towards Louisiana. Flooding for Houston called for. This isn’t my opinion this is what weather forecasters are saying with the models.
