Yuya had only 100 LP at this point. He could have activated Scarlight's effect to destroy his token and inflict 500 burn damage to Yuya. Jack would with and he'd remain the King.

The token is a Normal monster, and in real life Scarlight's effect requires Effect monster, so the anime can't show the effect using the token. And the Resonator is Normal Summoned, while Scarlight's effect needs Special Summoned monster.

If you search the King scarlet trap with the anime effect, you can see that it's treated as a trap card while the token is on the field. So, Scarlight only can destroy special summoned *monsters* and the token is treated as a trap card. Jack couldn't win in that way

@White Demon It would've most definitely though I'd recommend a KZfaq channel called Spellcommander91 as he did YuGiOh videos especially headcanon theories and one of them is the past protagonists reincarnated into the Yu Boys along with Zarc Yuya is Standard Zarc and Yugi, Yuri is Fusion Zarc and Jaden, Yugo is Synchro Zarc and Yusei, while Yuto is Xyz Zarc and Yuma so if the theory can hold weight the protagonists were together just not in the way we wanted

No he didn't. Accel Synchro uses two Synchro Monsters to synchro summon and it has the same speed as quick spells, meaning that you can do it during your opponent's turn. Jack used double-tuning here, with 2 regular non-synchro tuners. In an earlier episode, however, Crow synchro summoned with two Synchro monsters - though that was during his turn and the monster he summoned didn't specifically require Synchro monsters.... So it's the closest we've got but still not the real deal.

@@Sianic12 On the wiki, it says that Double Tuning is similar to Accel Synchro Summoning and Triple Tuning is similar to Delta Accel Synchro Summoning. That's why I made the comparison. Even though he didnt use Synchro Tuner Monsters as material, it's still essentially another form of Accel Synchro Summoning.

Yeah for me jack(arc V) does get an upgraded version of red nova But not at that time We do see the crimson dragon appearing when he is chanting for the summon of tyrant So we can assume that even in that universe he is receptive to the crimson dragon powers
