Well they may not be the accelerator model, but Velocicoaster and Pantheon both recently opened with strong LSM launches, so there’s hope for the future. They don’t really need to be over 400ft though. That’s just asking for more maintenance issues.

It was a lot of fun! Punchy launch (although we did get two rollbacks) and many direction changes etc. It's a clone of iSpeed in Italy, which is also a great coaster!

@@centralfloridaenthusiast7254 honestly it seems pretty identical. Drop of 55 meters, with the little difference that Ispeed (Mirabilandia) reaches 120 km/h instead of 110 km/h. The track is litterally identical, you can verify it on youtube

I think Maverick has a better layout but both coasters were good - and I got rollbacks on this one so I liked it better for that reason!

@AJR: to be honest, this track is totally copied from Ispeed coaster (Mirabilandia) which opened 6 years earlier, in 2009

Dunno. At least for me I enjoyed maverick more because it was a more complete and longer ride. If this had a second launch and an extended layout instead of the midcourse it would most likely be better than maverick, and one of the best intamin blitz coasters.

I wasn't scared - but it depends on what scares you - personally I don't get scared on ANY roller coaster so it's hard to comment.

Yes, it's the same design - however it's not uncommon for a manufacturer to supply identical rides to different parks. Many coasters have been copied dozens of times, like the Boomerang, or Wacky Worm, or Roller Skater, or Tivoli Coaster, this coaster design currently has just two examples.

What makes it better?

In my opinion the theming and the Intensity. I know Red Fire has got best restraints, but in my opinion Ispeed is better. Sorry for my english 👍.

Your English is fine :-) In theory both rides are identical in terms of speed and intensity...I agree the theming is better on iSpeed, but I don't judge a ride on theming, more on how it feels to ride it...and the restraints are an important factor too as it all affects the ride experience. @@lorenzobarbieri8263 Appreciate that perspective - to me theming isn't a high factor in my assessment of coasters, unless they are 'blow your mind' amazing...for me the theming doesn't really 'add' to a ride experience although clearly in a 'theme park' it will be as key focus area. I rate the smoothness of the ride, the comfort (restraints / trains), the g-forces, airtime, thrill /wow factor, speed, etc...only at that point will theming come into play...but I respect that we all have different ways of assessing coasters and many thanks for sharing your thoughts (and watching the video of course!).
