That's something I really love about this storyline, Jason found people he feels like he won't be abandoned by. He found a true family that don't try to change him and appreciate him for who he is.

Otherwise, Deadman (who is literally nothing _but_ a soul) wouldn't have to possess people when Clark is around. Not to mention all of the _other_ ghosts roaming around in the DCU.

He assassinated someone publicly wearing the Bat symbol, if he did not respond it would drag the Batfam and maybe whole hero community down. The Government would need to go down harder on all superhuman just to keep the public happy, And villains would take adv by attacking more frequently making thing worse and benefiting from the chaos. This would cause massive casualties.

Hell, I'd say that "Flowers for Algernon" was more than just an influence. Also, _Of Mice and Men_ should be italicized or underlined, since it's a book, and not a short story, like the former.

@Outlaw By Nature First, all of the Robins have traces of Bruce/Batman's triad personalities (Dick is the playboy, Jason is the angry one with the desire to revenge, Tim is the detective, and Damain is the arrogant brat (or the cute little brat)). Second, even if Jason could be the one who is most like Bruce, it does NOT mean he is Bruce's favourite son. Although Bruce will not admit it Dick Grayson is probably his favorite son, just because he is the first Robin.

@@Rubrick23. while u can definitely say the playboy side of Batman is fake, I don't think the 'smart detective' and the 'arrogant' side is a 'fake' side of Batman. Also, obviously all of Robin's death impacted Bruce deeply. That said, Jason's death have the most impact on Bruce because he is KILLED by JOKER in such a gruesome manner. I think if anyone in the Bat family is murdered brutally by Batman's 'mortal enemy', he would have reacted that way too.
