For those of you who don’t play guitar, being hooked up to a loud, clean guitar on a stage with no effects is the most nerve wracking thing ever as it leaves zero room for error with your playing. Everything will be heard. Frusciante is a master of his craft.

Когда они были в Москве в 1999 году я сделал фото с ними , они шли по улице без охраны и люди проходили мимо даже не подозревая кто эти парни. Я спросил можно ли сделать фото с ними , они рассмеялись - нас рассекретили , согласились на фото и подарили мне пригласительный билет на свое выступление . Более открытых и добродушных парней я не встречал .

There were no other instruments for rhythm other than bass and drums during the solo and that kinda complimented the guitarist and the solo really stands out and the bass notes are just out of this world.

exactly 20 years ago... this it's still the best, most emotional and powerful performance I've ever heard, not only by the red hot. Hearing the zephyr song, scar tissue, can't stop, give it away, under the bridge, listening how john can make his guitars sing like an angel and roar like a lion I ran to a guitar shop and bought a Squier Strat to be like him. After 10 years i litterally build a clone of his amp (silver jubilee) searching his awesome sound, don't forget me outro blew my mind each time i heard, and 20 years after i feel goosebumps listening every single note of his solos, simple and deep. seeing this video after 20 years is like when you see pictures from your childhood and you dive in nostalgia.

It's great to see the joy in the face of everybody in the crowd. I'm sure that a lot of them were going throught tough times, but this concert made them forget all of their problems for a moment. That's what music is all about 🎵❤
