Amen; "man shall not eat by bread alone".both methods will facilitate easy cooking. I like your Mason jars and how heapy you dished them out. Hmm the one with onion, hmm will go with everything. The boiled eggs and onions is inviting me. Waiting for the banku and tilapia video.

Chef S!... Blending Your Chilis 🌶️ Into Paste, And Utilizing Them When Needed😋....Is Definitely Time Saving,...And Also, Handy ! Because, Most Of Our African/ Caribbean/ Asian Dishes 😋....Tend To Be Quite Spicy, So Chilis 🌶️ Are A Must Have Ingredient!....And, Also, When Its Time For Fried Fish Etc 😋 All One Has To Do, Is Slice Some Onions And Tomato 🍅, A Scoop Of Chili 🌶️ Paste, ....Then The Kenkey 🤣😋 Thanks Chef S, For Sharing This Recipe With Us.
