Actual police states (or close to police states) include but are not limited to: the USA, Russia, China, North Korea, Hungary, Italy, Belarus, most of south and central America, Myanmar, the Phillipines, a concerningly yet unsurprisingly long list of African nations. There are certainly police states in continental Europe and Italy is even fascist again, but here it is generally the exception to the rule. The European Union (which I’m assuming is what you’re referring to) almost entirely consists of countries pretty much any american would consider “communist”, and yet our cops generally don’t kill people nor have ambitions of overthrowing their own countries and most europeans have free healthcare and education with even university level education being free (basically imagine not having to ever worry about student loans). We are also not quite as reliant on cars with pretty much any destination being easily accessible by train, bus or other public transportation and even then I personally still think we use cars too often and that our infrastructure is a bit too carcentric. If you want to call an entire economic zone or perhaps continent a police state you have to a) be more specific and b) have any goddamn clue of what you’re even talking about. Btw the UK sucks and is terrible and horrible and that’s because they just can’t stop voting for the same party (the conservatives) because it is full of morons that believe that immigrants are the plague while denouncing covid, the actual plague. I know the pandemic is over, but it really did show that the problem isn’t neccessarily a conservative government, rather a lack of education giving one party (in this case the conservatives) the ability to just manipulate the masses and lie and the people are too dumb to change their opinions even when the lies get debunked harder than Epstein killing himself.

I'm surprised people haven't learned yet. When big brother wants to implement anything that the public might see as undesirable, they never just say they're doing it to surveil and monitor the public. It's always done under the guise of something beneficial to public, so that the public accepts it without opposition. Then, once big brother has everything necessary in place, they implement additional functionality and uses without the public's knowledge or consent. There are countless historical examples.

Even though we live in a world of ever evolving tech yet if you were to start asking around you'll quickly understand that what should be obviously done according to todays tech capabilities are zilch and void. Just look to MH360? (That lost Malaysian Airliner), you'd think airplanes flying overseas would be tracked via GPS or the like. Yet pilots need to relay their current logistics to a land based traffic controller because while that vessel soaring over Earths oceans will practically be all on your own for hours and no one really could say where you've been. Not until your pilot makes radio contact once again with the next land based air traffic controller.
