I cannot understand the people stating the narration is bad. The narrator trully can show the sense of revenge and desperation from the soviet 62nd Army. His words can easily ignite the fury and anger to the player. His speech is actually based from real Commisars's diction and elocution .

When you say Soviet you should use a capital S. For respectful reasons.

Ikr. The narration in this game shows not only one side, but both sides of the battle. The Germans' tone was more professional and adept while the Red Army's tone seemed full of hostility towards the invaders, more serious and forceful.

I wish they got a narrator who spoke Russian, Ukranian, Belarussian, or really any Soviet language, not English lol.

I guess only those who bought the game before the release of Rising Storm (before 2013) got access of the Singleplayer Campaing.

the thick fake accent is very distasteful. It makes a mockery of the immense suffering of WW2 by the Soviets.
