Not just marriage lasted longer the lives of the housewives were and are longer my grandmother is 100 and still alive she was a housewife she wasn't going crazy trying to fit in some weird bubble and she laughes if I tell her the girls now grandmother want to be so equal that they want to play high-school football 🏈 with the guys subhan Allah

Jazzak Allahu khayran for a lovely lecture, Allahummah baarik. I would like to comment the 1960's part: It was the norm to be a housewife for the obvious reason that women didn't have any other rights back then. She couldn't even get a divorce. Wa Allahu 3alam.
