The driver of a stolen red Toyota Prius led authorities on a reckless pursuit in the San Fernando Valley Thursday night.

I came out in this video! Lmao i saw that the red prius was coming up behind me and I was thinking, "dude, you're supposed to pull over" and then I realized that he was on the run lol when he pulled up next to me, I saw that he was vaping 😂

No. The cops had a brain fart and assumed the garage had no exit. Like it's a storage unit or something... The garage does have a door, so that the apartment on the other side of the yard can access it. The cops lost him to a brain fart. I bet you the cop that ran up said "suspect is cornered" and thought he had earned a promotion. SMH, waste of tax money... this guy did not escape, the cops lost him.

If this was in Texas or Arkansas this would have been done in 15 minutes. They don't mess around over there. These policies that they have in Southern California all it does is put people's lives at risk having this drag on. It's going to come to the day where we watch one of these videos and somebody dies and the family sues the city for $100,000,000. Stupid policies.
