There are 3 levels of carvings:
Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple designs to the different fruits and vegetables.
Intermediate Level - you will progress onto more detailed carving designs for larger centrepiece displays
Advanced Level - How to carve Roses and more flowers. After you master all these flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit & Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkin.

I really appreciate that you share your skill with others. After watching your videos, I tried some of the carvings for the salads I make for my spouse. I couldn't imagine that such small surprises would make a big difference in a relation. I used to live in Thailand for a while and I always admire their natural talent and dedication to create wonderful things from simple sundries. Thank you.

Hi Aneesa, I don't sell the knives - only upload my carving videos for everyone to learn for free :) You can find the thai carving knife on eBay and the red handle knife you can find it at any knife shop. Thank you :)
