I love Red Rock! It was about 10 minutes from where I used to live. The food is awesome. The gaming is awesome. I won 250 dollars on the penny slots there once. Its really a beautiful hotel and Casino.

That 24 hour diner is nice. I had steak with eggs there at like 3am, and it was amazing. The meal was comped too, the casino is pretty good with their comps.

@@DarkPrincessOfLight because I put a decent amount of money through their video poker machines. Red Rock used to have really great odds on some of their video poker machines, and they still have some pretty good machines now.

Absolutely loved this place. I always tell people about it. The only negative I can remember is that it is a huge hotel and your room can be a massively long walk to dining and Casinos. If you forget something in your room 😮. Forget it.

I’ve stayed here a few months back and it was a great time. Clean and accessible. Also this resort is near other restaurants and supermarkets which makes it convenient.

I’ve lived in Vegas several different times and when ever I moved away I’ve always have been fairly close, and have had family there, so we would make many trips there during the year. We always stayed at a local hotel and casino. Much easier to get in and out of compared to the Strip. 😊

i live in summerlin. things aren't how they used to be. property value is up, but everything here is so expensive now. not to mention that the population is a lot less local since everyone is selling homes and leaving, while other's are buying.

@@brytonduropan6741 I grew up in centennial/summerlin. went back to visit my mom and friends about 2 years ago... it looks dilapidated! i went to whole foods off Charleston and it was like crummy! all of boca park sucks now, too. I moved to San Antonio, a much older city and everything is like new here compared to there. i blame the Californians lol

I live on the East Coast and don’t plan on coming back to Vegas anytime soon, but I have to say… I absolutely adore your videos. I am learning so much that I wish I had known the other times I had been there for business. Thank you for making such quality work with such important information. I know it is profiting others who are trying to make their way back to Nevada. Forget the resorts. Rent a short stay condo or timeshare. You will get an apartment with a fully stocked kitchen and separate bedrooms. No resort or parking fees.

Great place if you've been to Vegas a couple of times before and experienced the Strip. Don't forget this casino is 20 to 25min away from the strip and downtown and plan accordingly.

Red rock is the most amazing place Iv ever stayed. Some years back, maybe 6? My wife and I had a night there for our anniversary for one night him and 13 floor. The man at the counter said please wait. It took a long time and my wife was getting inpatient I said babe I have a good feeling. It took a long time but the man apologized and said it will be worth the wait. It was and the some. Seem like the elevator didn’t want to. When it finally did the rooms where very very far apart. When we opened our room for the night it had a pool table, 3 rooms, 2 kitchens. I could go on for ever…. I said call your presents back and tell them to come hang out for a hour and bring me a bottle. One of the coolest nights of our life’s. The blinds openerd with a remote. It was the coolest thing ever. Supper clean supper nice. I “lost” $100 at the slots. We’ll never forget the kindess.

I'm so impressed with all of these shorts! I lived in Vegas back in the early 1980s and in Laughlin pre-boom. It is fascinating to see the growth and sprawl, the good and the bad. Even back in the day, I always suggested to folks to check the flip side of the city. Lotsa little gems around and it looks like this is a good one for today 😁

I've been going to Red Rock twice a year for the past six years. The standard room is over 500 sqft with either a canyon view or strip view. You'll find $15 min BJ tables with good rules. Poker room gets 5 to 10 tables of action every day. Best food deal (in my humble opinion) is the strip steak dinner from the Lucky Penny Diner. If you stay at Red Rock Casino, plan a couple of hikes in Red Rock Canyon. Calico 1 and Calico Tanks are my favorite hikes. The Tanks will get you a great view of the Vegas Valley and Vagas Strip. I also use Red Rock as a launch point for visiting mining ghost towns within a 2 hr drive. Nelson, Ryolite, and Goodsprings are my top 3 choices.

I literally live right down the street from this :D ! ( 5 minute walk xD! ) I have so many memories here. I grew up going to that movie theater when i was a teenager, and i still go there every now and again :). ( im 33 now ) I agree, its a very nice, clean, higher class resort. Its not so much the place to party, but something about this place just feels like home

Thank you for showcasing Red Rock Resort. it is everything you say and much more. Guests will not be bothered by panhandlers and faux showgirls hitting you up for massive tips just to have your photo taken with them. As a Las Vegas local, this resort is my preference over the rip-off strips resorts, none of which have 24 hour dining with the exception of the Venetian/ Palazzo.
