Red Sea: Another NATO Destroyer Retreats Amid Houthis' Unrelenting Attacks | Watch

9 күн бұрынThe Royal Navy destroyer HMS Diamond has returned to Portsmouth after a six-month deployment in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden, where it protected shipping from attacks by Yemen's Houthi rebels. The ship shot down nine drones and a missile, sailed nearly 44,000 miles, and spent 151 days at sea. The deployment included significant operations, such as shooting down seven drones in one day and intercepting a missile targeting a merchant vessel. The crew expressed pride in their mission and relief to be home with their families. HMS Duncan will replace HMS Diamond in the region.

@@loranmarmes Whether it is moving away from conflict grounds to save military assets or usual rotation of warship the direct answer is Royal Navy has fled the fighting. if the claim of warship rotation is to be believed there ought to be another vessel when this one was leaving.
